PRICE GUARANTEE:
If you provide verifiable proof that the same product purchased by you is offered for sale at a lower price by another retail store, within thirty days of the receipt date shown on your purchase agreement, we will refund you the difference between the said prices This price guarantee does not include, out of state or internet dealers, closed sale prices, floor models or special order models.
DELIVERY POLICY:
* There must be a responsible adult present at the time of delivery for the delivery team to complete the delivery.
If no adult is present to accept and sign for the delivery the delivery team will return the merchandise to the store and customer
will be subject to an additional $75.00 redelivery fee. Customer must then call the store to reschedule their delivery at least 24
hours prior to the next available delivery date.
* H B MATTRESS STORES DELIVERY SERVICE WILL DO THE FOLLOWING:
Make sure you receive your products in good condition.
Set up new mattress set(s), bed frame(s), and bedroom furniture purchased from H B Mattress Stores only.
Remove the same number of old existing mattress pieces as mattress pieces newly purchased from H B Mattress Stores
H B MATTRESS STORES WILL ONLY REMOVE MATTRESSES AND REGULAR STYLE BED FRAMES
WARRANTIES:
Product warranties are provided & serviced by the various product manufacturers, not H B Mattress Stores.
H B Mattress Stores may assist you in contacting a manufacturer should you feel there is a manufacturer’s defect in your product that is covered under their warranty. Any product that the manufacturer deems defective under their guidelines will be repaired or replaced (at the manufacturer’s discretion) with the same model, or if it has since become discontinued, a similar model, under the provisions set forth by the manufacturer.
You must provide a copy of your sales receipt for all warranty claims. Your mattress must be free of any stains, soiling, rips, tears, or burns, as any of these will void the warranty. (The use of an approved mattress protector is advised to prevent these situations).
DO NOT REMOVE the law labels sewn into the fabric at the head of the mattress and or foundation. Warranty is void if label is removed. Customer is initially responsible to pay a mandatory $50.00 warranty inspection fee to have a professional mattress inspection firm representative come out and conduct an inspection of their mattress in their home. If mattress is deemed to be defective, the $50.00 fee will be reimbursed. Customer is responsible for any transportation costs for picking up and redelivery of product should it be replaced or repaired under warranty
60 NIGHT COMFORT EXCHANGE:
A 60 night comfort exchange is offered on premium mattress sets only, sold for $1599.00 and above.
This comfort exchange opportunity is an accommodation only and is not required by California law.
This comfort exchange privilege is provided to the original purchaser only, and applies to mattresses sold in SETS (mattress and corresponding foundation(s) / box spring(s) only. It does not apply to mattresses sold individually, adjustable bed bases, floor sample sets, close-out sale sets, one of a kind mattress sets, nor clearance sale items.
Customer is required to sleep on their new mattress set for a minimum of 60 nights, after which they have an additional 30 days in which to inform the store of their desire to exercise their one time comfort exchange privilege. The time period begins on the day the customer takes possession of the mattress set. Customer may reselect a new mattress set of the same size only. If the new set chosen is the same retail price or less than the original set, the exchange will be handled as an EVEN EXCHANGE. No refunds are given if a less expensive set is selected to exchange for. If the mattress set selected to exchange for is more expensive than the original mattress set, customer will pay the difference in retail price between the two mattress sets. The mattress to be exchanged must be free of any stains, soiling, rips, tears, or burns as any of these will void customer’s comfort exchange privilege. Customer is responsible to pay two fees in addition to any retail price difference and its associated sales tax. A 20% handling fee (20% of the original mattress set price, not to exceed $500.00), along with a mandatory $75.00 re-delivery /exchange fee.
Customer must provide a copy of their original sales invoice.
H B MATTRESS STORES WILL NOT HONOR ANY EXCHANGE UNDER ANY OTHER TERMS THAN THOSE SET FORTH HERE.
FLOOR MODELS, ADJUSTABLE BASES, CLOSEOUT MERCHANDISE AND SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special orders, adjustable bases, floor models and closeout merchandise sales ARE FINAL!
Special order items include but are not limited to odd sizes, extra long beds, fabrics or labels.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WRONG SIZE ISSUES AFTER A MATTRESS SET HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO A CUSTOMER. THERE WILL BE NO FREE EXCHANGES FOR HIGH OR LOW PROFILE FOUNDATIONS / BOX SPRINGS AFTER A SALE IS DELIVERED. ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR ANY SIZE CHANGES AFTER MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN DELIVERED WILL BE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY.
REFUNDS POLICY:
ALL CANCELLED SALES, AFTER 24 HOURS FROM PURCHASE, ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
Allow 2-3 weeks processing time for all credits and refunds. Special orders are not subject to cancellation.
There are absolutely no returns or refunds on delivered, received or open merchandise.
