WOW. I cannot say enough about this store and Gregory’s INCREDIBLE customer service. There is no pressure here. He explains the differences between mattresses, wants to understand YOU….how you sleep, your comfort level, etc. I would never go anywhere but here! I can’t recommend this highly enough. Five stars doesn’t do it justice!

Well…they did it again! We went back to HB Mattress because they were so fantastic when we had to buy a new bed for our son two months ago – & they did it all over again when we bought a new bed for ourselves this weekend! First rate service & incredible knowledge of orthopedics, fabrics, etc. Gregory is the man & once again, took incredible care of us! Thank you so much!!! A++++

We’re at the middle age age where one can really start feeling the difference between a standard mattress and a really nice one. Gregory at HB Mattress spent a lot of time explaining things to my girlfriend and me about the options she had for buying a good new mattress. There are a fantastic number of manufacturers and vendors, all with different price-points, features and sometimes gimmicks.
We were bummed to find out that we weren’t going to walk away with a mattress that very day so we started comparing the ones we liked there with what they cost on the internet. Gregory’s prices were somewhat higher and since he couldn’t send us home with one we considered just ordering from Amazon. I told him I’d looked up online prices and what the best deal had been for a Serta Profile Prominence King like the one of his we were trying. Without hesitation he matched that price down to the dollar and is actually getting it to us days sooner than it was promised online.
I used to be more of a fan of cutting middlemen out of purchases whenever possible but I’ve had enough bad experiences with online purchasing that I’m really happy to come across someone as informative and helpful as he was without costing us any extra. He also just went back to his desk once he could see we were discussing our options and let us lie around on the various mattresses talking and browsing the internet on our phones undisturbed for about a half hour.

Greg was a great sales person and I would highly recommend this place. I have MS and sometimes have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. He steered me to the right mattresses for me and let me try them all out. Am very happy with the one I got and would go back there for any future mattress needs.

I had been to this store and talked with Greg about 40 different beds; I honestly didn’t know the differences in mattresses and what not, but Greg took nearly 2 hours going over everything.
Just to get an idea about prices and all, I did go to another store to check out mattresses. WORST DECISION. I had a store manager roll his eyes at me, and was more concerned about getting commission, than answering my questions. That being said, it was clear that I had made a mistake and needed to go back to HB mattress and talk with Greg again.
I am so happy with my bed I purchased and the customer service I received. I love supporting local HB Businesses ESPECIALLY ones who actually care about their customer satisfaction.
All in all, thank you Greg for your patience and time; I will gladly refer anyone and everyone to your store.
