This mattress contains nearly across the board updates from the previous Lydia Manor II model. Improvements from the previous Lydia Manor II model begin right in the quilt with the DualCool Technology Fiber, an incredibly soft fiber enhanced with silver that helps move heat away from the body and prevents odor-causing bacteria, mildew, and mold so you can sleep comfortably and fresh. Two layers of GelTouch Foam, an expertly engineered soft gel foam, provide several benefits. The gel provides comfort to ease pressure points, helps reduce tossing and turning, and offers exceptional conformability. One of the biggest improvements is the BackCare Support layer. Utilizing hundreds of micro coils positioned in the center third of the mattress, back support and comfort have been enhanced in addition to long term resistance to sagging. A layer of premium AirCool Gel Memory Foam provides exceptional pressure relief to help promote good blood circulation as well as deeper REM sleep. Back support is delivered through the Beautyrest Pocketed Coil System, a high carbon steel coil system that is both forgiving and supportive.
